Returns & Exchanges

Eligible merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund to the original purchaser in the original form of payment. From days 31 through 60, eligible merchandise may be exchanged or returned for store credit. No restocking fee applies.

All returns and exchanges require the original receipt or gift receipt. Merchandise must be unworn, in its original condition, and complete with all packaging, certificates, grading reports, and accompanying materials. Except for eligible routine ring sizing described below, merchandise must be unaltered. Returns are subject to inspection.

Eligible gifts accompanied by a gift receipt may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 60 days of purchase.

Nonreturnable Purchases

Custom and special-order merchandise; engraved, personalized, or dated items; rings resized by more than one full ring size from their size at purchase; loose stones cut or sourced to order; merchandise specifically identified as final sale before purchase; and gift cards are final sale. Appraisal, repair, and service charges are nonrefundable. Applicable final-sale conditions will be disclosed before purchase.

Routine ring sizing performed by IM Jaffe Jewelers of one full size or less, up or down from the ring’s size at purchase, does not by itself make the merchandise final sale. All other return conditions apply. Sizing charges are nonrefundable.

Care & Warranty

New jewelry purchased from IM Jaffe Jewelers carries a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. Covered items will be repaired or, at our option, replaced. Normal wear, loss, theft, accidental damage, chemical exposure, and damage caused by outside repairs or alterations are excluded.

Please bring your item and proof of purchase to the store for evaluation.

We offer complimentary cleaning and inspection and recommend an inspection every six months. Repairs or maintenance identified during an inspection may carry a charge. Separate jewelry insurance is recommended to protect against risks outside warranty coverage.

Your Rights

Final-sale terms and return restrictions do not limit rights or remedies available under applicable law for defective or misrepresented merchandise.
